In this training, Elisabeth will walk us through time management strategies essential to survive in today’s “ADHD” world; explore the importance of structure, consistency, prioritization and boundaries as related to our calendar; and help us discover how to work smarter through elimination of many of the distractors inevitably encountered while at work.
